EIDOLON has extensive experience in both designing and installing analog, IP and Hybrid digital surveillance systems.

We service industrial and commercial customers in Kzn Natal although we have undertaken projects of interest elsewhere in the country.

Our usual project analysis generally begins with a site visit to inspect the existing systems or develop a complete understanding of the clients expectations of a new /upgraded system.

This also gives us an opportunity to discuss budgets and constraints/expectations/must haves for the system.

Once we have a clear picture of all these elements we design a suitable system that will get the job done within whatever budgetary guidelines have been discussed.

Eidolon will only use equipment that we know offers value for money and is suitably durable for the particular application.

We provide a 12 month warranty on all equipment and workmanship and will only charge for a call out in the first 12 months if the equipment has been damaged due to some outside influence ie malicious damage or lightning etc.

After the installation we will give you the necessary training so you can be familiar with the system.
Afterwards we will provide you warranty and service to maintain the system.
