IP Cameras Bring Clarity To CCTV Images

IP Cameras have brought a new clarity to cctv images. The image of the street below is an indication of what can be expected from a 2meg pixel IP camera. This kind of clarity is not easy to achieve with analog cctv cameras and now that the cost of IP cameras is becoming less prohibitive I have no doubt that they will become increasingly more popular.

IP Cameras Offer Clearer ImagesI

It becomes even more important for the customer to choose his cctv supplier and installer carefully as the correct infrastructure such as software, cabling and peripherals are vital to make sure that the effectiveness of the IP camera is maximised.

EL2600A VariFocal Hi Resolution IR CCTV Camera

This cctv camera offers a wide variety of adjustable options and provides any end user with ample flexibility.

The camera itself runs on a sony ccd and at 580 TVL is at the top end of picture clarity performance.

The camera is integrated with a robust bracket which will support the camera adequately and the adjustable ratchet fittings will ensure that the camera is not easily moved off of it’s adjusted settings. This is important where there may be interference with the camera such as birds landing or monkeys sitting – as often happens where we instal cctv cameras.

The varifocal option on the camera allows the end user to choose the field of vision manually and can be changed at any time.

We use this excellent camera in a variety of applications such as service station forecourts, warehouses, retail outlets, shopping centers, schools, factories and increasingly more frequently in residential environments.
