CCTV System Integration

It is essential that any cctv surveillance system is successfully integrated with the current operating process. This requires an astute needs analysis and understanding of the current system, the expectations on the cctv system and the overall compatibly. It is pointless installing operator driven surveillance equipment if the system is to be unmanaged. Remote viewing is unnecessary if all monitoring is to be on site. Interfaces with access control systems need to be resolved.

It is also essential to sensitise staff to the idea of surveillance. Some may respond negatively - especially if they fear the consequences of being observed.

This is a critical element to a successful project completion and requires planned integration and co-operation.
